The Inspire Fitness CR2 CrossRow is a machine that combines the most efficient elements from a rower and an elliptical to deliver a high intensity cardio and strength training workout.

At its core is a two way resistance system that allows you to work and rest muscles as you pull and push the handles. As you pull the handles, similar to a standard rower, you will engage your back, biceps, shoulders, quads and calves.  When you push the handles you begin to engage your chest, triceps, hamstrings, glutes and even abs.  The movement between both actions is smooth and frictionless thanks to our elliptical resistance system.  You can also easily customize your resistance by simply rotating the adjustments on the handles. The handles have 5 unique grip positions allowing you to focus on certain body parts for a full body workout.
