Do You Allow Products to Be Resold on Third Party Websites?

While some products are permitted for resale on third-party websites, not all products have this authorization. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel authorization at any time without prior notice. In such cases, we will notify you via email immediately.

Do You Have LOAs For All the Brands You Are Selling?

We have Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for the majority of the brands we sell. However, please understand that we may not be able to provide upfront access to these documents. Access to LOAs may be subject to our discretion based on our collaboration with you.

Do You Have Certain MOQs For Bulk Purchases?

Yes, each brand has specific Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) that must be met for wholesale accounts and purchases.

How To Setup Wholesale Account?

To set up a wholesale account, please provide the following information and required documents for each billing address:

• Business License
• Tax ID
• Resale Tax Certificate / Tax Exemption Form

Include the following details in your submission:

• Bill-to address
• Ship-to address
• Phone number
• Email address for receiving invoices
• International / Domestic status

Do You Buy Products from Authorized Distributors Or Brands?

Yes, the majority of our inventory is sourced directly from manufacturers. Additionally, we offer on-demand products once you've placed a specific order.
