Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Look, we offer FREE Standard delivery. However, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports, and Jurong Island.

We deliver to most countries where our logistics partners have affiliates. While we strive to keep our rates affordable, our primary focus is on delivering your items quickly, promptly, and safely. Delivery charges are based on weight and volume, and you can find a list of countries we deliver to and associated charges on the checkout page. Our system will automatically calculate delivery charges based on your given address without requiring payment or registration.

Order Status & Tracking
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing, and dispatching of orders. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Deliveries
We offer two delivery options for local customers: Standard and Express courier.

Standard Courier: FREE for all local orders, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5 working days.

Express Courier: Available for an additional charge of $4.00, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 3 working days.

You can choose the timing of your deliveries from 9am to 10pm, weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of Standard or Express couriers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. You can track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner using your Order Number. Please provide your contact number during checkout for the courier company to reach you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

International Deliveries
The delivery time for international orders depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way, and you can track its status using the provided tracking information.

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
For all international orders, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, and tariffs as per your country’s governing laws to clear customs.

Mode of Payments
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, and American Express. For wholesale purchases, we only accept ATM or inter-bank transfers or ACH.
